Sometimes they are a little behind with the phone service but all in all very happy with my dentist there. I got my wisdom tooth out in the midst of a pandemic and it was so easy, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Ba da bing ba da boom!

Having a phobia of dentists Dr. Maria Ertz made me feel very at ease while doing root canals, the odd extraction which was fun! etc, I would recommend this practice to anyone, and as for the comments about the receptionists I found them to be polite and helpful.

I found Dr Iain Swann and his colleagues at Citrus to be excellent. Going to the dentist has never been a pleasure and in recent years I have had some poor experiences while living overseas. Initial assessment and treatment at Citrus has, however, been excellent.Dr Swann and his colleagues worked quickly and efficiently, made me very comfortable and provided great care for both routine clean and polish and remedial treatment. He explained every step of the treatment and was very reassuring during the process. The appointments system seems to work very well - never more than a few minutes to wait in reception. All together a very positive experience.

I have to say that Citrus Dental Care have been excellent. Maria has been both wonderfully friendly and professional, and has improved my dental health considerably since I joined in December. I did read the negative reviews before I joined, but they must have changed the receptionist since because the current receptionist, Seonaid has always been incredibly helpful and polite too. No-one looks forward to their dental check-ups but this is the next best thing, very much recommended.

I told Dr Iain Swan about my previous awful experiences at the dentist (blood everywhere, enamel removed CAUSING toothache - just for regular check-ups) and he was extremely gentle and professional. No blood, totally comfortable and easy.

I'd really recommend Citrus, especially if you've had bad experiences elsewhere. The receptionist was great too. And they were really upfront about costs for extras (rather than mentioning it afterwards, which I've also had elsewhere!). They do email/text reminders as well, which is handy.

Having lost confidence in my previous dentist, I decided to try Citrus and am very glad I did! The practice is centrally located and easy to find. Right from the moment you arrive you are treated as an individual. In fact, the receptionist is the best I have met anywhere! Drew Michie is exceptionally professional, fully explains everything in clear language and provides dental treatment which is the best I have encountered. I would not hesitate in recommending Citrus Dental Care to anyone looking for a good dentist.

After moving to Scotland, I didn't know which dentist to choose so I looked on Yelp and found Citrus Dental. I booked my first appointment last week and showed up today at my appointed time. It was easy to register as a new patient, and I was thrilled that Citrus is on the NHS and therefore very affordable!

I had a little bit of a hard time finding this place, but Meadows Place curves so Citrus Dental (and the health clinic it's with) are along the Meadows and the higher numbers curve around away from the Meadows. Although the building is a bit nondescript from the outside, it's nice and modern inside. Dr Iain is great - thorough yet gentle.

I have had 5 sessions of treatment (root canal & crown fitted) at Citrus, and would like to say how thoroughly impressed I am with the whole service provided. Having received a prohibitively expensive quote from a private practise, I decided to be patient and go with an NHS dentist, and I'm very glad I did. The receptionist was very helpful throughout and keen to get my sessions in before christmas. I was kept fully informed of my next treatments via email, with a reminder a few days before each one. The dentist, Drew Michie, was thoroughly professional, keeping me well-informed and putting me at ease throughout the whole process. I was also very impressed with his meticulousness when fitting the crown - it fits perfectly!

And they live totally up to all these reviews. My dentist was Dr. Drew and he was brilliant! Just finished having a root canal & 3 fillings. The receptionist is the friendliest ever! Its in a nice location by the Meadows. Fully recommend this practice!

I came to Citrus Dental just recently, after having a bit of a dental emergency while travelling abroad and having recently moving to Edinburgh. Due to the nature of my motivation for registering with a dentist, I was worried and really wanted to make sure I got a good one. I read reviews for a lot of dentists before settling on Citrus Dental Care.

I have only been a patient for about a week so far and Citrus Dental Care has already gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure I'm okay due to my dental emergency. They've even called me the day after I had to seek emergency dental services to see how I was feeling. Even at my first appointment, I could tell the staff are very knowledgable and caring - Shona, the receptionist, took the time to explain the NHS fee structure (not being Scottish, I wouldn't have known).

The staff at Citrus Dental genuinely care about their patient's wellbeing. I wish I could give more stars.

After having a very bad experience at another dentist surgery I joined Citrus after it was recommend by a friend.

My dentist Maria Ertz, was absolutely amazing. She talked me through exactly what needed done in language that I understood and during the treatment I can honestly say I never felt a thing, in fact I think at one point I actually fell asleep.

Maria has such a kind and personable approach that I immediately trusted her. If there was more dentists like Maria around I'm sure that everyone would be going to the dentist. She has completely restored my faith in dentists and I am looking forward to going back to see her in 6 months time for my check up.

If you have any fears about going to the dentist at all, this is the place you must go - trust me!

Also would like to say that the receptionist is really friendly and could teach some doctors receptionists a thing or two about customer service.

When my dentist retired, I wasn't too sure about going to a new practice. My son was already a patient with " CITRUS " and highly recommended Dr Drew Michie. Had my first check-up last week. Needed to get a filling and i have just returned home wondering if i actually DID get a filling !!! The whole experience was very professional, and as for pain ? I didn't feel a thing. So Glad to have joined Citrus.

I've been a patient of Maria's at this practice for a few years now and I have always had fantastic, professional check ups and treatments, and find Maria extremely friendly to deal with. I just went today to get two wisdom teeth out - it was the first time I've ever had a proper procedure done on my teeth and I was a bit scared, but it was completely pain-free and as pleasant a dental experience as I could have hoped for! Highly recommended. The receptionist is also very friendly!

Maria my dentist is excellent. She is friendly and very much puts you at ease. I had some cosmetic work done on my front teeth and to say i am delighted is not enough. My front teeth are fab again and I will be smiling all day long now. The receptionist is also very welcoming and professional. Glad to have found them.

I have been with Citrus Dental Care for about 6-7 years now and Dr Drew Mitchie has always been my dentist since then. I moved flats a few times in this period and always choose to go to the same dentist because of the quality of their service. Excellent care from start to finish. Have been a patient here for 4 years and had extensive dental work done. Receptionist is lovely and informative, and tries very hard to ensure appointment needs are met. Dentist is great, has great chat and really puts me at ease. He always discusses any costs upfront and only does any surgery/work on my teeth if it’s essentially required. This is not a money making practice and I truly believe they have their patients best interest at heart. A great practice!!

I recently seen Dr Ertz and on her advice went ahead with Invisalign treatment. Would highly recommend. She was very professional and gave me a number of options to straighten my teeth. My treatment is almost complete now and the practise and Dr Ertz have been really good at fitting me in to suit my work commitments.

Drew is my dentist and have always been really accommodating and listened to all of my needs. Recently, on Tuesday, I got 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out and, even if this process scared me a little bit, it went super smooth. No pain, fast and really efficient. Keep up the good work guys!

My experience with Dr Fotis Bousis was absolutely amazing. I removed two wisdom teeth and I barely felt his touch in my mouth, I get quite nervous when it comes to my teeth but he was extremely nice and calming with his ways.
