Yes. Citrus Dental Care is contracted through NHS Lothian and is currently accepting new NHS patients of all ages at our practice on Meadow Place, Edinburgh EH9 1JZ. NHS dental check-ups are free for all registered patients. Patients under 26 receive all NHS dental treatment completely free of charge. Citrus Dental Care offers both NHS and private dental treatments under one roof. NHS treatments include check-ups, fillings, extractions, root canal treatment, and hygiene appointments. Private treatments include Invisalign clear aligners from £3,500, dental implants from £2,500, teeth whitening at £395, composite bonding, porcelain veneers, facial aesthetics, and more. 0% finance is available through Tabeo for private treatment.
Citrus Dental Care is at 1 Meadow Place, Edinburgh EH9 1JZ, two minutes from The Meadows on foot. The practice is easy to reach from Newington, Bruntsfield, Tollcross, Marchmont, and Morningside. Lothian Bus services stop nearby on Melville Drive and Clerk Street. Street parking is available on Melville Drive and surrounding streets. The practice is open Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Yes. Citrus Dental Care holds same-day emergency slots every day for both NHS and private patients, including patients who are not currently registered with the practice. If you're in pain, have a broken tooth, a lost crown, a dental abscess, or swelling that won't settle, call 0131 285 3308 as early as possible and we'll do everything we can to see you the same day. For out-of-hours emergencies, call NHS 111.
Citrus Dental Care offers two ways to make private treatment more manageable. 0% interest finance is available through Tabeo, allowing you to spread the cost of treatment over fixed monthly payments with no early repayment penalty. Alternatively, the Citrus membership plan starts from £22.50 a month and includes two dental check-ups and two hygiene appointments a year, 10% off routine private treatment, and access to a 24/7 worldwide dental emergency helpline.
